چکیده
For a natural number $n\geq 2$, the function $\phi_{n\mathcal{L}}(z)=1+nz/(n+1)+z^n/(n+1)$ maps open unit disk onto domain bounded by an epicycloid with $(n-1)$ cusps. A class of starlike functions associated $\phi_{n\mathcal{L}}$ is defined in and its sharp bounds on initial coefficients, various inclusion relations radii problems related to other subclasses are investigated. As application, corresponding results determined limiting case for normalized analytic $f$ satisfying $|zf'(z)/f(z)-1|<1$ disk.

Neighborhoods of Starlike and Convex Functions Associated with Parabola
Let f be a normalized analytic function defined on the unit disk and fλ z : 1 − λ z λf z for 0 < λ ≤ 1. For α > 0, a function f ∈ SP α, λ if zf ′ z /fλ z lies in the parabolic region Ω : {w : |w − α| < Rew α}. Let CP α, λ be the corresponding class consisting of functions f such that zf ′ z ′/f ′ λ z lies in the region Ω. For an appropriate δ > 0, the δ-neighbourhood of a function f ∈ CP α, λ i...
متن کاملInitial coefficients of starlike functions with real coefficients
The sharp bounds for the third and fourth coefficients of Ma-Minda starlike functions having fixed second coefficient are determined. These results are proved by using certain constraint coefficient problem for functions with positive real part whose coefficients are real and the first coefficient is kept fixed. Analogous results are obtained for a general class of close-to-convex functions
متن کاملCertain sufficient conditions for strongly starlike functions associated with an integral operator
By using the method of differential subordinations, we derive certain sufficient conditions for strongly starlike functions associated with an integral operator. All these results presented here are sharp. 2000 Mathematics Subject Classification. Primary 30C45; Secondary 30A10.
متن کاملIntegral Means for Uniformly Convex and Starlike Functions Associated with Generalized Hypergeometric Functions
Making use of the generalized hypergeometric functions, we introduce some generalized class of k−uniformly convex and starlike functions and for this class, we settle the Silverman’s conjecture for the integral means inequality. In particular, we obtain integral means inequalities for various classes of uniformly convex and uniformly starlike functions in the unit disc.
متن کاملOn Uniformly Starlike Functions
These are normalized functions regular and univalent in E: IzI < 1, for which f( E) is starlike with respect to the origin. Let y be a circle contained in E and let [ be the center of y. The Pinchuk question is this: Iff(z) is in ST, is it true thatf(y) is a closed curve that is starlike with respect tof(i)? In Section 5 we will see that the answer is no. There seems to be no reason to demand t...
